  • The product must be returned in its original condition, including all labels and packaging materials.

For hygiene and safety reasons, dietary supplements that have been opened or whose seal has been broken cannot be returned unless the product is defective or does not match the description on our website.

4. Return Process

  2. Receive instructions: Within 2 business days, we will confirm receipt of your request and provide return shipping instructions, including the return address.

  4. Return the product: The product must be shipped back to us within 14 calendar days from the date you communicated your withdrawal decision.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds: If the return meets the conditions outlined above, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days from the date we receive the returned product or proof that the product has been shipped back, whichever is earlier.
  • Refund method: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. If this is not possible, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method.
  • Refund amount: The refund will include the full purchase price of the product. Original shipping costs will be refunded up to the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option we offered. Any supplementary delivery costs (e.g., express shipping) chosen by you are not refundable.

6. Defective or Incorrectly Shipped Products

  • We will cover the cost of return shipping.

9. Legal Warranty
